History

Noah's Ark (方舟, Hakobune; Literally meaning "Ark") was a great vessel that was tied to the Millennium Earl and the Noah Family. Seven thousand yeas ago, the Earl of the Millennium and his kin fought a great war against those that wielded the power of Innocence. This resulted in the death of the Earl and the destruction of the planet in a great flood that was part of an event known as the Three Days of Darkness. Afterwards, the floods receded and the twelve remaining members of the Noah Family went forth to re-populate the planet making them the ancestor strain for the entire human race. The event became known as the Great Flood that was recorded in human beliefs though the true nature of the disaster was not known to modern humans though came to be recorded in a cube made of Innocence. The Ark was used by Noah and his family to create the second generation of humanity according to the members of the Noah Family who used it for generations. In that time, the Noah Family retreated to Noahs Ark that was their home until the Fourteenth damaged it around 35 years ago with this making it inoperable. It came to be stolen and the new Millennium Earl made a new one that was the home of him and his family

Overview

Though stories told of it being a large boat, the actual Ark resembled a large white cube-shaped structure that made use of transdimensional technology which allowed users to create dimensional gateways both from and out of the construct. The cube contained a white Mediterranean city that was comprised of white buildings with a tower at the center that loomed over the rest of the settlement.
