Officer Malarky

Officer Malarky was a uniformed patrolman in Cape Suzette, a surprisingly thin pig with a Scottish accent and wore a toupee. He was to escort the infamous Babyface Half-Nelson from Prison Island to Cape Suzette to stand trial, but while they were waiting for Baloo to pick them up Half-Nelson knocked Malarky out and switched clothes with him, passing the unconscious officer off as himself, and himself as Malarky when Baloo arrived.

Once in Cape Suzette however, Half-Nelson split, and upon regaining consciousness Malarky mistook Baloo for a member of the Half-Nelson gang. He and his partner Gertalin, Officer then spent the rest of the night trying to apprehend Baloo, who was eventually able to clear his name by capturing Babyface and his mother.
