Ord is an extraterrestrial comic supervillain who features in Marvel Comics.

Biography
Ord was a male inhabitant of the planet Breakworld who had developed into an interstellar cvilisation. Their technology allowed them to access 'timeshadows' that made it possible for them to glimpse the future. This showed Breakworld being destroyed at the hands of a Mutant from Earth and that this person was likely one of the X-Men. To prevent this, they made their move to destroy the planet in order to eliminate the threat with Ord being dispatched on the mission. He made a declaration of war against Earth with this being intercepted by S.H.I.E.L.D. with S.W.O.R.D. responsible for negotiations. Director Abigail Brand was involved in these talks where it was agreed that the Breakworlders would spare the Earth in exchange for the sterilisation of the X-Gene thus removing the existence of Mutants. Such a process would help identify the Mutant tha would be responsible for the destruction of the Breakworld. (Astonishing X-Men v3 #6)
