The Organ Grinder was a member of the Red Triangle Circus and subsequently a member of the Penguin's gang. Ably assisted by a monkey, he wielded an organ that was actually a machine gun. It would fire bullets whenever the Organ Grinder turned the crank. He was dispatched by the Penguin to abducted all of Gotham's first-born male children as part of the Penguin's revenge, but was stopped by Batman.
