Biography
Psycho was a male human born in the modern age where at some point he became a cyborg and operated as a mercenary. He eventually came to serve as an operative for the DREAD organization and worked for its leader John Dread.
Overview
Personality and attributes
Due to his true cybernetic face's features, he tended to be referred to as Smiley due to the permanent grin on that mechanical face.
Powers and abilities
As a cyborg, he had greater than human strength that worked alongside his military training.
His mechanical form was vulnerable to certain types of EMP that were able to shut down his cybernetic components.
