Biography
Chen Lu
When the Chinese pipeline in Transia was seemingly destroyed by Iron Man, the Yao-Ai Power Company petitioned the government to make a plea to the Radioactive Man to deal with the American super-Imperialists with Chen Lu agreeing to the assignment. (Iron Man: Legacy v1 #3)
He joined the country’s superpowered team known as the People’s Defense Force where he was dispatched to deal with an unknown force that had entered Chinese territory. This turned out to be the former Inhuman monarch known as the Unspoken. The team confronted him and were effortlessly defeated by the former Inhuman. (Mighty Avengers v1 #27)
