Ramrod

Ramrod was a teen-aged delinquent, one of Dr. Able Cuvier's original three test subjects who was spliced with the DNA of a ram, which gave him an overall bullish appearance and large curved horns. He was known to use his head as a blunt object to headbutt his opponents. After failing to kill District Attorney Young, Ramrod was the last of Cuvier's "children" to turned back into a normal human by Batman, who injected him with a mutagen antidote. Ramrod was then taken into custody by the police.
