History

The Red Dragon Crime Syndicate was a criminal organization that operated in the 21st century as mankind expanded across the solar system. One of their rivals was the White Tiger Crime Syndicate who also operated on Mars.

In the late 2060s, Fearless decided to leave the syndicate and faked his death where he became a bounty hunter named Spike Spiegal. Originally, he had planned to take his lover Julia with him but instead she went into hiding. Meanwhile, his former colleague Vicious remained with the organization where he had great ambitions in the syndicate.

Overview

In appearance, the Red Dragon Crime Syndicate was a criminal organization that operated across multiple worlds in the solar system.

Leaderhsip was headed by a council of elders called the Van.

Their rules stated that none of their members could leave the organization except through death.

Their base of operations was a skyscraper that was based in Tharsis on Mars.
