Rex was a hulking man employed by Dr. Francis Peacock. He and Mohammed served as guards at the Francis Peacock Superhero Deprogramming Center. When the Tick, Captain Liberty, and Batmanuel broke into the asylum to rescue Arthur, Rex fought with Captain Liberty but was defeated.
