A SLEDGE, which stands for Second Line Elite Divison Genetically Recombined Experimental Legionnaire, were a type of supersoldier that featured in Heavy Gear.
Background
The SLEDGE were noted as the second generation model of the GREL and were used on military operations. SLEDGES were created after the GREL's failure at conquering Terra Nova and were developed to be more Human in appearance thus allowing them to engage in infiltration missions.
