Biography
Ceritak was a male inhabitant of a version of the city of Kandor that contained a mix of peoples and cultures that were kidnapped by the wizard Tolos. (Superman v2 #122)
After being knocked into the river, he made his way back to the surface and came on a passing boat. The owner though was shocked at the alien appearance with this causing him to suffer a heart attack. Ceritak then attempted to save him by taking him to a nearby hospital but could not understand the human's language. Upon leaving the person with them, he departed where he reasoned that the inhabitants of this world would kill him if they saw him again. (Superman v2 #123)

Personality and attributes
In appearance, Ceritak was a muscular blue-skinned male with horns protruding from his chin and head with him having long white hair. (Superman v2 #122)
Powers and abilities
He was shown as being strong enough to knock Superman across a landscape and into high buildings. (Superman v2 #123)
