Special Hazardous Operations Cyborg were a type of cyborg that featured in Cyberforce Top Cow comics.
History
The technology to create the S.H.O.C. was first developed by the Cyberdata corporation which had plans for an ambitious takeover of the world. The organizations brilliant scientists were involved in the development of highly advanced cybernetics technology which was used to create the S.H.O.C. which were implanted within captured mutants that were used as part of the experiments.
