Eros

Starfox

Prior to his death, Mar-Vell had requested Eros to care for Elysius and he came to be the adoptive father of her son who was named Genis-Vell. (Silver Surfer Annual v1 #6)

For months, he remained on Titan which he spent in the company of Elysius which he would comment as being wonderful but over time he grew restless. Elysius had been thankful for the company given to her in this time and said that now she needed time alone. Thus, she allowed Eros to depart and enjoy himself where he was thankful to her to be discharged of his duty. Using ISAAC, he sought out planets with the highest adventure potential with the computer determining this to be Earth. As such, Eros left for Sol-3 in order to enjoy himself in a new period of adventures. (Avengers v1 #230) Using a vessel, he came to arrive in New York City at the abode of the Avengers where he landed at the garden of Avengers Mansion. Meeting Edwin Jarvis, he sought out Earth's Mightiest Heroes and came to aid them against a flora-based monster sent after them by the Plantman. Helping to defeat it, he introduced himself to the team and requested to join the Avengers. (Avengers v1 #231)

He was on Titan when it encountered an exiled husk on Ultron where the artificial intelligence quickly took over the planet's computers. Unable to stop it, he was sent to Earth in order to enlist the aid of the Avengers to stop the mechanical menace. By this point, Ultron had turned Titan into an extension of his body and brought it to Earth whilst converting all the inhabitants into cyborg followers. (Rage of Ultron v1 #1)
