  • In The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, the Superhuman Registration Act made numerous appearances in the animated television series. In the episode "Alone Against A.I.M.", Director Maria Hill attempted to get Tony Stark and the Avengers to submit to registration.
  • In Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., the Sokovia Accords was referenced in the live-action television series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Films

  • In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, registration made a number of appearances in the shared continuity setting.
    • In Captain America: Civil War, the Sokovia Accords appeared in the live-action film that referenced the events surrounding Avengers: Age of Ultron. With the destruction of Sokovia, the United Nation's looked towards passing a set of internationally ratified legal documents that provided regulation and a framework for military/law enforcement deployment of enhanced individuals. This required superhumans to register in order to continue operating with it becoming a dividing line in the Avengers between Captain America and Iron Man.

Video games

  • In Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, the Superhuman Registration Act appeared in the video game. During a fight with the New Warriors, the supervillain Nitro detonated leading to the death of 600 civilians leading to the immediate implementation of the act against super-powered individuals. This creates a divide in the superhero community between those of Pro-Registration headed by Iron Man along with S.H.I.E.L.D. and Anti-Registration headed by Captain America with a resistance group called White Star. The Pro-Registration forces used nanotechnology on captured supervillains that bolstered their ranks whilst captured super-powered beings were detained in Prison 42. However, the nanotechnology developed sentience creating a hive-mind life form called the Fold that sought to take over the world leading to an end in the civil war.
