Woof

Woof was a member of the Jokerz who was genetically spliced with the DNA of a hyena, so that he turned into a giggling, vicious mutant who served as the gang's unofficial mascot of sorts. Woof was part of the group who assisted the resurrected Joker in his plan to make his grand comeback in Gotham City. Ultimately though, he was chased away by Ace, and thus is thought to have survived the destruction of the Jolly Jack Candy Factory.
