Biography

Origin

X'Hal

Post-Flashpoint

Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events.

She was shown as being mortal once when her world came under attack from the makers who abducted her along with others for experimentation. These experiments tortured her and she was transformed into a powerful cosmic being where she destroyed the ship of her abductors. As an energy being, she drove the invaders from her star system and for that she came to be worshipped as a god whose worship stretched across dozens of systems. Among those worlds that came to worship her was Tamaran whose people believed that she freed them from their enemies and brought peace to their world. One day, the makers who transformed her returned and attacked a planet under X'Hal's protection where she lashed out at anger upon seeing her former abductors. Her power was responsible for destroying the planet she was protecting leaving the survivors resentful where they turned away from their faith in her as they came to believe all gods were false which needed to be destroyed. Thus, the survivors formed a band of warriors called the Godkillers who went through the cosmos to slay deities and get revenge against X'Hal. At some point, X'Hal decided to leave her home system and departed for deep space leading to a band of Tamaranean pilgrims following their goddess into space to find her.
