Xenopolycythemia

Xenopolycythemia was a disease, thought largely fatal prior to 2268, which affected humanoids, causing excessive red blood cell production that led to fatigue and pain (among other symptoms). A treatment for xenopolycythemia was found aboard Yonada, and used to cure an afflicted Dr. Leonard McCoy.
