Super Android F-4

Super Android F-4 was a powerful android sent by the Mad Thinker to attack the Thing and Wolverine. Endowed with the combined powers of the Fantastic Four, it posed a serious threat, until it was defeated by Ant-Man, who shrunk it down and sent it adrift into a river.

Re-emerging downstream, the now-mindless creature lured the Thing into a second battle on a bridge, demonstrating a new-found ability to reshape its hands into claws. The Thing discovered it was vulnerable to alcohol, and dissolved the creature in it. Badly disrupted but not destroyed, it later emerged again. Enraged by its defeat at the hands of the Thing, it took on the hero's appearance and began mindlessly rampaging. Confronted by Crystal and the Black Widow, F-4 began to develop intelligence (again), its programming reasoning that its stupidity caused its last defeat. Just as it started displaying an egostical genius, the Android was fried by a combination of Crystal's powers and a massive surge of electricity. Its charred remains were confiscated by Code Blue.

Comments

F-4 appears to be a separate entity from the Super-Adaptoid. However, it has been suggested (in fact, outright stated and then corrected) that F-4 was indeed a modified/damaged Adaptoid.
