Thadius Klang

Thadius E. Klang was an evil cobra who managed to be an international terrorist and leader of entire armies despite his lack of limbs by having special cybernetic arms somehow grafted onto his body. He also wore a metal jawguard that was strong enough to let him bite through metal. He searched for Tinabula, somehow knowing about its ancient and destructive weapon, with which he planned to conquer the world, kidnapping archaeologist Katie Dodd to help him find it.

Although Klang and his red-robed minions managed to discover Tinabula with Dodd's help, and Klang managed to acquire the weapon, all of the cobra's plans for global domination were thwarted when Baloo and Louie rang the Master Bell and destroyed Tinabula. Klang survived Tinabula's destruction, but lost his cybernetic arms in the process. Reduced to being a normal snake once more, he slithered away into the desert and hasn't been seen since.
