Slick (Birds of Prey)

Slick, alias Silas Waters, was a metahuman who could turn into liquid. Finding employment as a thief-for-hire, he began stealing for Harleen Quinzel. Extreme temperatures could cause him to change forms involuntarily. Huntress killed him when he threatened Jesse Reese, exposing Slick to flame and turning him into steam.
