General Bucky Tumult

General Bucky Tumult was a bulldog general and the uncle of Col. Grogg, who called him "Uncle Bucky" despite the General's constant requests that his nephew never call him that "in front of the men." Tumult had nothing but contempt for Grogg's constant, paranoid fears that aliens would invade Earth. He eventually demoted Grogg to the rank of private after one "hallucination" too many.
