Assistant to Paul Montford in Llanwelly. Victor Twiddle's job seemed to consist entirely of jotting down whatever clues and information Paul found at a crime scene on his notepad. An extremely squeamish and cowardly man, Twiddle was visibly distressed and unnerved by the rash of murders committed by the werewolf Larry Talbot.
