This character was portrayer by the German actor [[Torsten Jerabek]] in [[Resident Evil (Film)]]. Vance work for the [[New York Police Department]] for long time as a Chief where he seems to be retired and move to [[Raccon City]] where he seems joining with the Marines in 1997. While he join with the [[Umbrella Special Forces]] for a while, Vance help his cousin Warner to kill the Suspects that kill Warner's family. the end of the time Alfonso Warner suggest Vance to join the [[U.S.S.]] Bravo Team as Commando alonside with him. Vance accept and he join them. They first mission of Vance and Alfonso was the main event of them that they call that misson Commandoes Special Mission.
