It was used to detain [[Alexis Luthor (Legion of Super-Heroes)|Alexis Luthor]] and the Fatal Five. It was named in the episode "The Man from the Edge of Tomorrow" where Imperiex secretly freed the Fatal Five and the Legion of Super-Villains. Once freed, a group of Legionnaires responded only to be attacked by the supervillains that trapped them in the cells. The remaining Legionnaires attempted to free their comrades but were overpowered until the arrival of [[Superman X]].
