Chisaki himself gained an ability that allowed him to break apart anything he touched or reform it. As a young boy, he was left without a family until he was taken in by the boss of the [[Shie Hassaikai]] Yakuza gang. The Boss was a father figure to Chisaki who came to be loyal to him for taking him into the gang.
