He led a cadre of deformed thugs, goons, and hitmen like [[Flattop Jones|Flattop]], [[Itchy]], [[Mumbles]] and [[Numbers Norton|Numbers]], and controlled all the gambling in town. He even hatched a grand scheme to unite all the lesser bosses in the City under him, including [[Pruneface]] and [[Influence]], but was eventually done in by Tracy with some assistance from the vigilante known only as the [[Blank]].
