He was a bully who often picked on [[Angela Ashford]] and made fun of her for having a "cripple" for a [[Charles Ashford|father]]. When [[Umbrella Corporation|Umbrella]] employees [[Bob Friedberger]] and [[Howie Stein]] came to pick Angela up from school, Angela angrily told Bobby she hoped he died. A short time later, after Friedberger and Stein's SUV crashed and Angela returned to the school with several [[zombie|zombies]] following her, Bobby was in fact killed.
