When [[Ann Darrow|Ann Darrow]] was abducted by the natives of [[Skull Island]] to be given to [[King Kong]], Charlie was the one who found the bracelet left behind in the struggle and alerted the rest of the crew. Later, he accompanied [[Carl Denham|Carl Denham]] and [[Captain Englehorn|Captain Englehorn]] on their second voyage to Skull Island, in search of its treasure.
