'''Harry Tully''' was one of [[Derek Powers]]' lab workers at the [[Wayne-Powers Corporation]] and a close friend of [[Warren McGinnis]]. Harry apparently was working with Powers on his viral mutagen project, but had a change of heart after he accidentally became infected with the virus. After telling Warren to meet him, he gave his friend a data disc containing all the information on the virus. Before he could tell Warren any more, Harry collapsed from the virus' degenerative effects and was taken away by [[Mr. Fixx]]. Later, it was revealed in a series of photographs shown to a potential buyer for the virus by Powers that Harry died from the disease.
