'''Hiroshi Jinkawa''' was a family friend of [[Goro Ibuki]] who stepped in to assist the scientist in raising his younger brother [[Rokuro Ibuki|Rokuro]] after their parents died. He wound up proving a great asset to the Ibuki brothers when [[Seatopia|Seatopian]] agents came seeking to steal [[Jet-Jaguar]] and gain control over him. Proving quite the man of action, when the [[Lead Seatopian Agent|lead Seatopian agent]] had [[Seatopian Agent|his assistant]] take Goro and Rokuro to meet [[Emperor Antonio]] (in Seatopia), Hiroshi escaped captivity and pursued the truck carrying them. Despite the lead agent sending more agents after him, Hiroshi escaped them following a car chase and was able to rescue his friends.
