General Sir Arthur Freeborne was a wealthy and powerful British general. Freeborne was one of four men (along with Lord Carradine, Professor Keeley and John Porter) who served on the managing board of DD Denham Group of Companies, involved in blood-worshipping rituals at Pelham House. Like the other men, Freeborne was promised wealth and power by Count Dracula, DD Denham himself. Little did Freeborne know that Dracula really planned to use all four men as carriers of a deadly plague engineered by Professor Keeley. Along with Lord Carradine, Freeborne was able to escape thanks to the help of Larimer Van Helsing and Inspector Murray.
