Nico was the loyal right-hand of Peter Rooker. He was attacked by Darkman inside of an abandoned warehouse to which the villains had lured him, and precisely what happened to Nico is unknown. Either Darkman killed him somehow, or he merely knocked him out, in which case Nico was more than likely killed when the warehouse exploded later as a result of a gas leak.
