Dr. Peter V. Higgins was a colleague of Dr. Richard Geeson. who took his calls while Dr. Geeson was on vacation. During Jordy Verrill's second (technically first) attempt to contact Geeson for help, he got the doctor's answering machine explaining that Dr. Higgins was seeing his patients. Jordy hung up and never called Higgins for unknown reasons.
