Dr. Richard Geeson was Jordy Verrill's doctor. When Jordy noticed the alien plantlife growing on his fingers, he initially thought of calling Dr. Geeson, until he imagined Geeson deciding to cut the fingers off with a large cleaver. Later he tried to call him anyway, only to discover he was out of town and a Dr. Higgins was taking his calls.
