Rudy was one of Dr. Rabel Salazar's henchmen, distinguished by his long hair and gold tooth. As a result, Race Bannon called nicknamed him "Goldie." He went with Salazar to steal Dr. Quest's helicopter. When Race Bannon climbed aboard the chopper, Rudy attempted to step on his fingers and make him fall, but Race grabbed Rudy's ankle and pulled him out, instead.
