Prof. Julian Keeley was acientist and old schoolmate of Prof. Larimer Van Helsing. The two attended Oxford University together. Along with several other men (Lord Carradine, General Freeborne and John Porter), Keeley became involved in blood-worshipping rituals at Pelham House, where he fell under the spell of the evil Count Dracula.
