Andy Phibian is the star reporter for TTN, the news network of Toad TV. His primary purpose is to provide propoganda for the mindless toad masses, demonizing the mammal freedom fighters (in particular Bucky O'Hare), but his happy-go-lucky attitude often grates on the nerves of his superiors (in particular Toadborg).
