President Skroob was the ruler of Planet Spaceball and the mastermind behind the Spaceballs' plan to steal all of Druidia's air. He was the owner of many Spaceballs: The Movie merchandise including bedsheets and toilet paper. Skroob was present aboard Mega Maid when it was destroyed by Lone Starr and he along with Dark Helmet and Colonel Sandurz wound up stranded on a planet of intelligent apes.
