The Communications Toad was a Stormtoad who served on the bridge of Toadborg's warship. His helmet was modified to include an antennae and a microphone. His primary function on the ship was to monitor the sensor arrays, and the his sensors failed to get the ship safely through the Dark Heart Nebula, he was the one who suggested to Toadborg that they use Aldebaran sensors instead.
