Agent Jackson was an upgraded Agent who was designed to replace Agent Smith, Agent Jones, and Agent Brown following their failure to obtain the Zion codes. Jackson was a burly Agent who participated in the chaotic freeway chase, ramming his truck into the one being driven by Agent Johnson in an attempt to kill Morpheus and the Keymaker, and later followed Trinity out the window during their gun battle and shot her in the stomach as they fell.
