Agent Jones was an Agent who aided Agent Smith in his quest to capture Morpheus so as to obtain the codes to Zion and end the human rebellion. He briefly confronted Neo on the rooftop of the building where the Agents had taken the captive Morpheus for interrogation, using his super-speed to dodge Neo's bullets.
