He sought to use a living golem to overthrow the Czech Republic's current government headed by President Alena Stasny, but was stopped by the Quests. Later, he weaponized Gunter Erikson's ability to freeze large amounts of water, the Bifrost Effect, using it to steal a Russian submarine, the Gagarin.
