OSCORP
Oscorp (or Oscorp Industries) is a fictional company in Spider-Man (film) and Spider-Man 2. It ist led by Norman Osborn, the father of Harry Osborn. His Partner, Dr. Stromm, is a big scientist. The General of the U.S army, Slocum, has done a contrat with Norman, proving that Osborn is the supplier of the U.S army. But he ploted Norman graduate. After the death of Norman Osborn, Harry takes the command of Oscorp.
