Tsurumaitsuburi Mountains

The Tsurumaitsuburi Mountains were an isolated mountain range in a cold, presumably polar region. Dr. Wheelo made his base here, and was imprisoned within it by an avalanche of snow and ice. Fifty years later, Dr. Kochin's wish on the Dragon Balls thawed the fortress and freed Wheelo. However, the base was later destroyed in Wheelo's battle with Goku.
