Chief Nishimura

Chief Nishimura was the chief of police in the Japanese mining community of Kitamatsu. An extremely capable and openminded man, Nishimura had the unenviable task of getting to the bottom of several grisly murders committed in the nearby mines; murders that, it was later revealed, were committed by Meganurons.
