Shiela Eel was a guest at Chairface Chippendale's party. She was a very vampish woman with electric eels wrapped around her arm and neck, and could electrocute people as demonstrated when she gave the Guy with Ears Like Little Raisins a good zap when he tried to put his arm around her during the party.
