Elliott was a RPD officer who assisted Eric and Harry in wiring Main Street with explosives to destroy the biggest horde of Zombie ever. When Eric was attacked by the zombies, Elliott died trying to save him.
Elliott appeared in Outbreak, the first scenario of Resident Evil: Outbreak.
