Expando-Whammo Pie

The Expando-Whammo Pie was a type of spontaneously expanding pie fired by a bazooka. It is an experimental SHUSH weapon created by Dr. Sarah Bellum capable of literally putting someone's eyes out (as Darkwing Duck quickly discovered).
