The Mini Cement Launcher was a special feature of the Glovatrix, a tiny cannon that raises from the top of the Glovatrix and fires globs of quick-hardening cement. Essentially, it is a miniaturized, portable version of the Cement Machine Gun. Used by Razor against the street defenses in futuristic Metallikat City.
