Japoteurs was the politically incorrect name for a group of Japanese spies who, during World War II, took control of the world's largest bomber plane during its maiden flight, sneaking aboard concealed within hollow missile casings. They planned to fly the plane to Tokyo so that their government might claim it, but were stopped by Superman.
